How to Change Where a Service Receipt is Sent
Sales > Managing Sites > How to Change Where a Service Receipt is Sent

Service receipts are sent to an email address as detailed on the site page.

To change a sites service receipt email address

  1. On the Home page, choose Sales and then Customers
  2. Click on the Sites Tab
  3. Using the search window find the site to amend
  4. Click Edit
  5. In the Receipts Emails box enter the email address or address's you would like the service receipt sent to. You can enter multiple address's but separating them with a semi-colon.
  6. Choose Save

Next time a service receipt is automatically sent it will use the new email address.
