Service receipts are sent to an email address as detailed on the site page.
To change a sites service receipt email address
- On the Home page, choose Sales and then Customers
- Click on the Sites Tab
- Using the search window find the site to amend
- Click Edit
- In the Receipts Emails box enter the email address or address's you would like the service receipt sent to. You can enter multiple address's but separating them with a semi-colon.
- Choose Save
Next time a service receipt is automatically sent it will use the new email address.
